On October 9 & 10th, the Santonio Holmes III & Long Foundation is hosting its 4th consecutive event in Pittsburgh, and I’m asking for your support to “strike” out Sickle Cell.
Like most fundraisers, this year is a little different.
Founded in the Fall of 2011, The III & Long Foundation is raising awareness to help fight Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) with financial support and treatment options for families affected by the disease.
My son T.J. is currently under treatment for this disease, and I am fighting the fight daily to help him, and others, live an ordinary life through raising funds for treatment, research, and other support.
Join me on Friday, October 9th at 10 a.m. on the porch of the City-County Building to kick-off my two-day mobile bowling tour. The first 30 people to register below will have a chance to bowl a couple rounds with me plus snap pics for proof. Then we hit the road for 10 stops documented via social media and through radio check-ins on KDKA, 93.7 the Fan, and 100.7 Star.
